M F As far as minimalist go, I recommend the New Balance 10v1 Minimus. Not a fully minimalist

as it has a 4mm drop but they feel great.

Full minimalist go with the Merrell Vapor Glove 4 or Vibram toe shoes. I will

get a Vapor Glove 4 myself in the future.

Cation, you have to wean your feet into running full minimalist. You can't just

start with 10 miles, you will get injured.

were offering record breaking 50 million a year.

but intrestingly Liverpool settled for 30 million a year deal with nike instead.

I always try compare five models in the shop to have a clear opinnion which

one is the best to get: New Balance China Fake. No matter which shoes I compared, New Balance always has the worst. Every running

shop always wants to persuade me to think they are great, but they always hurt, no

matter which model. Then, after testing them a few meters, the running experts always

see what I mean and give me the next pair. After that they always say I should forget

about New Balance. so clearly you can see that they are just not my brand. That is

why I always say: anything, but not New Balance.

I think there are so many other grat brands. Brooks, Nike, Saucony, Asics

and many more. Just try them all and you will find whatever you need.

Sorry New Balance fans, I don't want to say that it is a bad brand. It is just not

made for me. But if other people have better experiences with it, then I will say:

feel free to wear them.
